Remady iniciou sua carreira solo em 2008, quando se separou da dupla Player & Remady, onde trabalhou por dez anos. Seu primeiro e maior sucesso até agora foi a faixa "No Superstar", que alcançou o primeiro lugar em diversos charts da Europa e recebeu ao total, mais de 5 milhões de exibições no Youtube.
"Save Your Heart" é o quarto single do álbum de estréia de Remady, chamado "No Superstar". A canção conta novamente com os belíssimos vocais de Manu L, que alias, se tornou o cantor oficial do artista.
