Depois de "Get Up", a banda americana Korn volta a fazer parceria com o mestre Skrillex, desta vez também contando com o dj Kill The Noise. Korn vem sendo a banda pioneira em misturar o estilo do dubstep com o metal, assim como eles foram os pioneiros na criação do nu-metal lá nos anos 90. Este é um gênero novo, que vem arrancando muitos elogios tanto dos fãs da banda como os amantes do dubstep. Para comandar este lançamento está Skrillex, que se tornou este ano o 19º melhor dj do mundo, e Kill The Noise, que está crescendo muito na cena dub, a pouco ele fez um maravilhoso remix para Porter Robinson, em "Spitfire".
"Narcissistic Cannibal" faz parte do novo álbum experimental de Korn, Path Of Totality. O álbum também conta com outros grandes artistas do dubstep, como Excision, Datsik, Noisia, Fedde Me e 12th Planet. O vídeo de "Narcissistic Cannibal" foi gravado em Hollywood e contou com a participação de 125 fãs.
